Here are some paid screen readers, and if you find any more, please feel free to add them.
system access to go (download)

System access to go may be free online, but you only have a trial when you download. From there, you must buy a licence, which can caust up to $400 if not more. Please go to serotek.com

Jaws

JAWS (job access with speach) is a screen reader that costs around $855. You can buy it from freedomscientiffic.com.
